Malta Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcmt@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Malta Government controlled BTCMT address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Malta ("BTCMT") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Malta Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Malta has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
